Reviews Agent
Reviews Agent monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews, generates a drafted reply using AI, and lets you review, edit, and post the response — all from your Suppabot dashboard. No switching between tools.
What it does
- Monitors your Google Business Profile location(s) for new reviews.
- Generates a draft reply for each review using AI, matching your business tone.
- Sends you a notification when reviews require attention.
- Lets you edit and approve the draft in the Suppabot dashboard.
- Posts the approved reply directly to Google on your behalf.
Requirements
- Reviews Agent is a paid add-on. Subscribe under Dashboard → Billing → Add-ons.
- Your Google account must be an owner or manager of the Google Business Profile location(s) you want to monitor.
Setup
Step 1: Subscribe to Reviews Agent
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Add-ons and enable Reviews Agent. Billing is monthly and separate from your base plan.
Step 2: Connect your Google Business Profile
- Go to Dashboard → Reviews Agent → Settings.
- Click Connect Google Business Profile.
- Sign in with the Google account that manages your business location(s).
- Grant the permissions Suppabot requests (read reviews, post replies).
Step 3: Select locations to monitor
After connecting, your Google Business Profile locations are listed. Toggle on each location you want Reviews Agent to monitor. You can manage multiple locations from a single Suppabot account.
Step 4: Import existing reviews
Click Sync Now to import your first batch of reviews. This fetches recent reviews from Google and generates AI draft replies for any that do not yet have a response.
Review inbox
Go to Dashboard → Reviews Agent → Inbox to see reviews that need attention.
Each review card shows:

Editing and approving replies
To edit: Click directly in the draft reply text box and make your changes.
To regenerate: Click Regenerate to get a fresh AI draft. Useful if the original draft misses the mark.
To approve and post: Click Approve & Post. The reply is published to Google immediately. It will appear on your Google Business Profile within minutes.
To dismiss: Click Reject to dismiss the review without posting a reply. It moves to the archive and is not posted.
Auto-posting
Enable auto-posting in Settings → Reviews Agent → Auto-post replies to have approved drafts posted to Google automatically — without requiring manual review for each one.
Recommendation: Only enable auto-posting after you have manually reviewed at least 20–30 AI-generated drafts and are satisfied with the tone and quality. Auto-posting is well-suited for straightforward 4–5 star reviews.
Escalation queue
Reviews with a 1, 2, or 3 star rating are automatically routed to the Escalation Queue rather than the standard inbox. These reviews may involve complaints, service failures, or sensitive situations that require a more considered, personalized response.
The escalation queue is shown separately at Dashboard → Reviews Agent → Escalation. Auto-posting does not apply to escalated reviews regardless of your auto-post settings.
Posted history
Dashboard → Reviews Agent → Posted shows a log of all replies that have been published, including:
- The original review text
- The reply that was posted
- The timestamp of posting
- Whether it was posted manually or via auto-post
Disconnecting
To disconnect your Google Business Profile, go to Reviews Agent → Settings → Connected Accounts and click Disconnect. Existing reply history is retained in your dashboard.
